
ELABORATION OF COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT FOR THE INVESTMENT PROJECT INCLUDING THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITES AND SUPERVISION DURING CONSTRUCTION
The Scope of the SERVICES we provide is compliant with Part THREE, Chapter NINE of the Territorial Development Act (ZUT) and include the design and approval stage of the Technical Design as well as the entire construction period:
• Preparation of a Compliance Assessment for the Investment Project conformity with the essential requirements concerning construction sites, and full cooperation with the relevant utility companies (NEK- the National Electric Company, ViK – the Water Supply and Sewerage Company, etc.), the National Fire Safety and Emergency Service, and the Architecture and Urban Development Directorate (DAG) authorities towards Building Permit issuance;
• Preparation of the construction site; building line and building level establishment;
• Provision of constant Construction Supervision services throughout the project construction aimed at compliance with the requirements of art. 169, para.1 and 2 of the Territorial Development Act (ZUT);
• Preparation of all Certificates according to Ordinance No3 / 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of certificates and statements during construction until completion and start-up (acceptance);
• Preparation of a Statement of Findings attesting to the conformity of the construction with the approved designs, the signed as-built documentation, the requirements concerning construction sites as per art. 169, para. 1 and 2 of the Territorial Development Act (ZUT) and the provisions of the Contract signed. Full cooperation with the relevant utility companies (NEK- the National Electric Company, ViK – the Water Supply and Sewerage Company, etc.), the National Fire Safety and Emergency Service, and the National Construction Supervision Directorate (DNSK) towards Acceptance Commission appointment and Use Permit issuance;
• Technical Passport preparation upon completion of construction according to art. 176a of the Territorial Development Act (ZUT).
