A COMPANY WITH HISTORY AND TRADITIONS IN MANAGEMENT

We are a company with a long history and traditions in management

In 1990, Eng. Georgi Atanasov Horev and Eng. Rumen Georgiev Horev established MIX-RH KF, with objects of the company in the field of the design, construction, furnishing and equipment of complex projects. The company was registered pursuant to Decision No 5556 of the Plovdiv Regional Court under company file No 4684.

Over the years, the firm was restructured and transformed into a joint stock company under the name of MIX CONSULTING GROUP JSC specialised in the management of large investment projects (project management).

COMPANY HISTORY

1990

year

In the year 1990, MIX-RH KF was founded as a partnership between Eng. Georgi Horev and Eng. Rumen Horev.

1999

year

MIX-RH KF was restructured into MIX-RH LTD.

2004

year

MIX-RH LTD was renamed to MIX CONSULT LTD.

2007

year

The company was restructured into a joint stock company, MIX CONSULTING GROUP JSC.

2010

year

MIX CONSULT LTD was transformed into MIX ENGINEER CONSULT PLOVDIV LTD.
In 1990, Eng. Georgi Atanasov Horev and Eng. Rumen Georgiev Horev established a partnership, MIX-RH KF, with objects of the company in the field of the design, construction, furnishing and equipment of complex projects. The company was registered pursuant to Decision No 5556 of the Plovdiv Regional Court under company file No 4684.
MIX-RH Ltd won a competition announced by the World Bank and was selected to act as a Consultant and Investment Control for Southern Bulgaria. On 01 September 1999, the company was authorised to exercise construction supervision in all sections of the design and construction phases having been granted License CK-26/ 31 August 1999 by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. The focus of the activities of MIX-RH LTD gradually shifted towards the provision of engineering consulting services in design and construction in conformity with the principles of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), adapting them to the World Bank’s requirements. The first project in this direction was “Reconstruction and Extension of the Novotel Plovdiv”.
MIX-RH Ltd was renamed MIX CONSULT LTD pursuant to Decision No 3982 of the Plovdiv Regional Court; its license was renewed (No ЛК-000144/20 Sept. 2004), and the company became a member of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects (BACEA), the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC) and the Bulgarian Water Association (BWA).

In response to the changes in the economic sphere, the investors’ growing need for comprehensive planning, coordination, and control of all phases and stages of the investment process, i.e. research and design, budget preparation, construction, commissioning and start-up, and financial accomplishment of the project, along with the new market niche emerging in the construction sector, the company was restructured and transformed into a joint stock company under the name of MIX CONSULTING GROUP JSC (Decision No 9604 of the Plovdiv Regional Court, company file No 4827/2007), and now specialises in the MANAGEMENT OF LARGE INVESTMENT PROJECTS, offering consulting engineering services based on FIDIC’s principles.
Following the Transformation Agreement dated 22 Feb. 2010 and recorded in the Commercial Register on 22 April 2010, the rights and obligations of MIX CONSULT LTD ensuing from the contracts it had signed for construction supervision in design and construction were transferred to MIX ENGINEER CONSULT PLOVDIV LTD. In its capacity of universal successor to MIX CONSULT LTD, MIX ENGINEER CONSULT PLOVDIV LTD continued its work on the contracts with the same team of professionals, technical support and resources.
