Consulting services and supervision throughout the CONSTRUCTION process
Launch of the construction site; establishing the building line and the site elevation;
Certification of the Construction Site Register;
Continuous Construction Supervision services throughout the construction process aimed at ensuring compliance with the requirements of Art. 169, Para. 1 and 2 of the Spatial Development Act;
Ensuring the completeness of all documents according to Ordinance No 3 / 31 July 2003 on the production of certificates and statements during construction until its completion and commissioning (start-up) of the project;
Monitoring and control of the quality of the construction products used on the site;
Preparing a Statement of Findings attesting to the conformity of the construction with the approved designs, the signed as-built drawings, and requirements concerning construction sites stipulated in Art. 169, Para. 1 and 2 of the Spatial Development Act and the provisions of the signed Agreement;
Preparing a Final Report to the Employer after completion of all construction and assembly works and 72-hour tests;
Compiling a Technical Passport upon completion of the construction pursuant to Art. 176a of the Spatial Development Act;
Preparing a complete set of the documentation and an application to the National Construction Control Directorate/Municipality for acceptance and commissioning of the site;
Facilitating the work of the appointed State Acceptance Commission, drawing up Statement of Acceptance No 16, and providing consultancy services until the issuance of PERMISSION TO USE (Commissioning Certificate).
