• Development of an OVERALL SCHEDULE for all main and finishing works based on the investment plans and quantity specifications. This schedule will be updated every month to reflect the actual amount of work completed.
•  Preparation of a FINANCIAL PLAN according to the approved OVERALL SCHEDULE for the construction and assembly works. It will directly reflect the Schedule and the Plan for the financing of all works until the Project completion, commissioning and start-up.
• Elaboration of the final version of the project’s CURRENT BUDGET based on the detailed Bills of Quantities of the construction and assembly works specified in the design documentation. This budget will serve as a basis for financing all construction stages and will be updated monthly according to the construction and assembly works completed and paid for.
