Report on the performed consulting engineer services
The following documents are presented to the Investor as evidence of the CONSULTING ENGINEER SERVICES performed:
Preparation and submission of MONTHLY REPORTS with information on the current status of the Project, the compliance with the Agreements, the Schedule and the Budget, with their updated versions enclosed in annexes thereto;
In the event of occurrence of any problems and/or circumstances that could jeopardise the compliance with the Schedule or lead to an unexpected increase in the Budget amounts, ADDITIONAL (SPECIAL) REPORTS will be prepared with suggested measures for overcoming the unforeseen circumstances.
Upon completion of all Works on the Project and finalisation of the Services under the Contract, we prepare and submit a FINAL REPORT on the Project implementation.
