The object of the CONSULTING ENGINEER SERVICES performed during the Design phase is:
• Management, coordination, and complex control throughout the design process, for all design parts and stages until the design documentation is approved and a Building Permit issued.
The goals that can be accomplished as a result of our cooperation during the design process are:
• Development and approval of design documents that will ensure the Project implementation within the time limits stipulated and the PRELIMINARY BUDGET approved by the Investor;
• Optimisation of the design solutions and provision of feasible alternatives for reduction of the project costs as early as the Design phase;
• Emphasis on the key elements specific to the Project and concerning its optimum execution;
• Adherence to the interim and final deadlines for the design, and prompt initiation of administrative and approval procedures.
Our team of specialists possesses the relevant expertise to perform the following services:
• Preparation of a Design Agreement
• Preparation of a SCHEDULE for the design, coordination, and approval of the design documentation (in the event such a schedule has not been prepared), and control over its observance;
• Constant monitoring of the design process and provision of timely assistance towards the resolution of any issues that may arise during the design process;
• Provision of specialised consultations and assistance aimed at the optimisation of the design solutions and reduction of construction costs and time limits;
• Coordination of all design parts in order to minimise the challenges that may arise during the construction in relation to the coordination and technological sequence of all construction and assembly works;
• Provision of assistance and specialised consultations regarding the scope and content of the design documentation in order to ensure its hassle-free approval by the government and/or municipal authorities and expert councils of the utility companies;
